多言語対応三者通話サービス(Multilingual three-way calling service)
外国語で 市役所に 電話が できます。
スマートフォンから 外国語を 選んで 電話が できます。
通訳する人と 一緒に 市役所の職員と 話が できます。
13カ国語が 通訳できます。
ぜひ 使ってください。
You can call City Hall in a foreign language.
You can select a foreign language and make a call from your smartphone.
You can speak with City Hall staff together with an interpreter.
Interpretation is available in 13 languages.

利用時間（Available hours）
月曜日から金曜日まで Monday through Friday
午前8時30から午後5時まで 8:30AM-5:00PM
土曜日、日曜日、祝日、12月29日から1月3日まではお休みです。
Closed Saturdays,Sundays,public holidays,and from December 29 to January 3

利用方法（How to use our Service）
1．スマートフォンなどから 成田市HPを ひらきます。
2．画面上で 外国語を 選んで 通訳コールセンターに 電話します。
3．通訳コールセンターから 市役所に 電話が つながります。 外国語で話す人、
通訳する人、 市役所の職員の 3人で 話が できます。
1.Open the Narita City website from your smartphone or other device.
2.Select a foreign language on the screen and call the interpretation call center.
3.The call center will connect to the city office.
A conversation can take place among three people:the person speaking a foreign language,the interpreter,and the city office staff.
