国民健康保険に加入したら注意すること（Attention）
- マイナ保険証や資格確認書をうけとったら、名前や住所にまちがいがないか、確認しましょう。
- お医者さんにかかるときには、必ず持っていきましょう。
- 資格確認書やマイナ保険証を、家族や友だちと貸し借りしてはいけません。法律により罰せられます。
- コピーしたものや有効期限が切れたものは使えません。
- 社会保険に加入して、国民健康保険をやめるときは、必ず保険年金課で手続きをしてください。
- When you receive your My Number Health Insurance Card or Eligibility Certificate, check for any mistakes in the description. Do not rewrite it without asking, as it will become invalid.
- Be sure to present it at the reception desk whenever you see a doctor.
- Never lend or borrow your card (doing so is punishable by law).
- A copied or expired card is invalid.
- When enrolling in social health insurance and withdrawing from National Health Insurance, you'll have to notify us.
国民健康保険税を納めましょう（Make sure to pay insurance tax.）
保険税は、みなさんの医療費にあてられる国保の貴重な財源です。病気やけがに備え、保険税は必ず納期内に納めましょう。
保険税を納める義務は世帯主にあります。
- National health insurance tax is a valuable source of funding for your medical expenses. To prepare for unexpected illnesses or injuries, make sure you pay your insurance tax before the due date.
- Householders are responsible for the payment of the insurance tax.
保険税をはらわないでいると（If your tax are in arrears.）
- あなたの給料や財産が差し押さえられるなどの処分を受ける場合があります。
- Penalties may be imposed such as the seizure of personal wages and property, etc.
