Narita City Sakatagaike Park
Walking 10 minuets from Shimousa-manzaki, there is Sakataga-ike Pond on Hill of Fudoki in Boso. This pond is always full of water throughout the year.
It was made for irrigation in the Edo period and the legend says there were a mother and a child who were buried alive for the pillars to block the flood.

At this moment, around the pond is a sanctuary area. In winter season, the flights of resting ducks can be watched. Operated in 1999, people enjoy crossing over footbridges(floating bridge), suspension bridges, having a fun playing with playground facilities(play equipments). Furthermore, visitors can take in a scenic overlook of flowers such as lilies, iris garden and lotus flowers during summer.
All play equipments in the park have shapes of dragon after Ryujinkou-densetsu Regend around Lake Imba. Dragons welcome visiting people.

This park contains the campsite that you can stay.
