Bonsai and plants for sale
This center give horticulture lectures and provides training budding horticulturists. It also gives gardening classes for the general public. Bonsai (a potted plant) and plants are also sold here.

A variety of flowers of four seasons bloom in an area of 5.7 hectares. There are more than 55,000 plants and flowers, about 430 different species from about 90 families.
The center piece is a giant flower bed shaped like a pyramid. Plants and flowers also grow in a stone garden, a model garden, a wild grass garden and a greenhouse.
