Tea ceremonies are held for visitors at the Sankei-tei, tea room on holidays.

The park's most popular season is the cherry blossom season. The ruins of the castle's keep are surrounded by lawns. They are a popular avenue for those who enjoy the cherry blossoms. At the beginning of summer when the park is at its greenest (June), the Iris fields are filled with blooms.
