Having passed through the strict Customs check there are many overseas visitors who don't know what to do next. Narita TIC provides information to such tourists. TIC stands for Tourist Information Center. It is located in the arrival lobby, on the first floor of Terminal building 2 in front of the 'A' zone escalator.
Information for the planning of domestic travel, public transportation and accommodation is provided. The questions most commonly asked relate to finding cheap hotels and Ryokan (Japanese Inn). A two-hour home visiting service is provided to transit passengers who would like to visit a Narita city family.
It also gives information on how to avoid accidents and crime when overseas to Japanese tourists going abroad. (Tel: 0476-34-6251)
