For those who don't know what to do because it is their first visit to Narita Airport should go to the airport's main Information Center which is operated by the airport's public corporation and is located in the middle of the third floor of Terminal building 2 (departures lobby). Here information about the airport's facilities is provided in both Japanese and English.
The most commonly asked question by visitors and Japanese nationals is "Which is Terminal building 1". In other words, they are confused between Terminal building 1 and Terminal building 2. The reason for this confusion is that they have got off at the wrong bus stop or train station. Ladies and Gentlemen, please be careful. |
