Learning Japanese language
Beginner's courses in Japanese are offered by community centers.
There are two kinds: "Narita Nihongo World", mainly for conversation,
and "Nihongo Yomikaki Kyoshitsu", for reading and writing. The
former classes are held at Chuo Community Center on the mornings
of Tuesdays and Fridays, and at Tohyama Community Center on
Saturday evenings. Many foreigners are learning Japanese there. No
school fees required.

Intermediate Japanese classes are also given at Narita Chamber of
Commerce and Industry, on Monday evenings (7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.)
