Notice of Death

The notification must be made to municipal office with a certificate of death, a seal and Non-Japanese Registration Certificate within 14 days after the death. The Non-Japanese Registration Certificate of the person passed away must be returned. A cremation can be applied at that time. Bring national health insurance card if he/she has a policy.
