Report of Pregnancy

When you conceived, report your pregnancy to municipal office or public health center at Narita city. (1-3-1 Akasaka; Tel: 27-1111)
You will receive a "Maternity handbook" and "Mother and infant health examination passcard" which you can consult a doctor in free of charge up to two times.

You will be required to show your maternity handbook whenever you and your baby receive a medical examination and preventive injection. You can obtain the maternity handbook even after the delivery. Call the health center for details. (Tel: 27-1111)
