Report of Divorce

Like the report of marriage, you have legally divorced on the date of your report. The report of location address is same as the marriage.
If you divorce Japanese, the divorce will be filed under the Japanese civil law. The settlement for divorce is handled by one of the following.

1. divorce by mutual agreement
2. arbitration by family court
3. trial by district court
