If you have any concerns regarding your living conditions, the education of your children, legal issues or other problems during your stay, please feel free to take advantage of the following counseling services:

Narita City Counseling Service

(1) We offer counseling services on the second floor of Narita City Office. Please be advised that counseling will be conducted in Japanese. Tel: 20-1507

(2) Counseling services conducted in foreign languages are available on the second and the fourth Thursdays of every month, between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Available languages: English, Chinese, Spanish and Portuguese.
