Dial 119

Fire departments are always prepared for telephone calls reporting fires around the clock. The fire department has both fire engines and ambulances. When you are calling:

1. You must remain calm and be clear about the reason for your telephone call; whether fire or medical emergency.
2. Tell them the location from where you are calling.
3. Tell them your name and phone number.

Also if possible, describe any nearby buildings and landmarks to the police station or the fire department, as it will help them to locate the area and arrive more quickly.
